We are seeking a candidate who has strong background in book keeping, payroll experience, a strong knowledge of accrual accounting, MYOB accounting software and the ability to support all the financial functions of this organisation

Specific Duties:

·       Payroll

–          Staff Payroll & reporting

–          Apprentice Payroll Supervision, Review, Balance & Final Submission

·       Manage routine financial activities for both GTO & RTO, including, but not limited to:

–          Bank Reconciliations

–          Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable

–          Direct Debit Payments

–          End of Month Reporting

–          Fringe Benefit Tax Annual Returns

–          Monthly TasBuild Long Service Leave Returns

–          Manage Government Incentives and Subsidies

–          Monthly Superannuation Contribution Payments

–          PAYG (Monthly) and BAS (Quarterly) Reporting to ATO

·       Compliance Review & Operational Checks

Direction/Supervision:

Responsible to Operations Manager for general supervision and overall supervision by the Chief Executive Officer.
